About this Class

Featuring a fusion of cardio and athletic bodyweight exercises, this interval class utilizes varying intensities designed to support participants at any level of fitness. The group will meet at the park sign at 190th Street and Fort Washington Avenue. For everyone’s safety we’re asking participants and instructors to maintain social distancing of six feet during class. Wash your hands frequently and stay home if you’re sick. Please continue wear a mask if you are unvaccinated, or if social distancing cannot be maintained.Instructor: Xiomara
