About this Course

This class instructed by Tyler is designed to show beginners the basics of Boxing and Kickboxing (gear optional but recommended). Members will learn: Proper guarding stance, footwork, offense (punches, kicks, knees), defense (covers, slips, parries, checks) and how to shadowbox. This class is a very fun way to push yourself, stay in shape and can help members of all different levels achieve their fitness goals.
